Andy is Managing Director of VA². He is responsible for advising family offices and closely-held business owners on investment strategy and portfolio execution.
Andy is an entrepreneur, connector of people and dots, and doer at heart. Katz has been advising the investment community for over a decade. Katz is also a mentor to entrepreneurs who are on a mission that encompasses both financial and social gain.
Previous to VA², Katz founded two venture backed startups, and served as a strategic advisor to Family Offices and PE/VC funds. During these years, he learned first hand the importance of smart capital and patience. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Andy climbed the executive ranks of leading technology companies, including the 2009 No. 1 company on the prestigious Deloitte 2009 Technology Fast 500 list.

Tom Mann, CFA
Tom has almost 50 years of experience in various senior strategic and operational management positions in large, global financial institutions and small entrepreneurial environments. He possesses unique sell and buy side perspectives in traditional fundamental and quantitative, uncorrelated alternative investments.
Mann holds CFA, MBA and JD designations and degrees, from NYU Stern School of Business and Fordham Law School, where he serves on the Deans Strategic Planning committee, respectively.
Mann has served or is serving as both a director and as banker to a broad range of asset managers other financial institutions.
Al is Chairman of Global Blockchain Ventures. Previous to GBV, Weiss had a 39-year career at Disney. His last position was President of Worldwide Operations for Disney’s $10 Billion+/95,000 employee Walt Disney Parks and Resorts business. He serves on multiple boards and has been a crucial part of many mergers and acquisitions across industries. He was named “Most Influential Businessman in Central Florida” by the Orlando Business Journal in 2005.
Ryan Glover has more than 20 years of experience delivering products focused on the African American community. In 2011, he started Bounce TV, the first African American nationwide broadcast network. He also founded Noontime Records, a label responsible for more than a dozen Billboard No. 1 hits. Ryan is a graduate of Howard University.
Eli is a managing partner at Lincoln Avenue Capital Management — one of the nation’s fastest-growing developers, investors, and operators of affordable housing—and a principal within the Bronfman Family Office.
Eli manages both private and public investments on behalf of the family. In this capacity he oversees investments on behalf of Lincoln Avenue as well as Bronfman Family Office LLC, which provides growth capital and liquidity to entrepreneur and family owned businesses in North America and Europe. He previously worked on the equities team at IceFarm Capital, a global discretionary Macro firm and Arrow Capital, an event driven firm. He began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. He has a BA from Williams College.
Bahnson is a seasoned Senior Executive and Board Member with decades of proven success across multiple industries.
From 1980-85, Stanley developed the concept and launched The Weather Channel with Landmark Communications, then lead sales until the venture reached profitability. Stanley was aslo founding Board member of Food Network.
Stanley has invested in many early-stage companies and manages the family office for his extended family.
Stanley graduated Duke University with a BA in Political Science and minors in English and Economics. He completed an MBA at the University of Virginia's Darden School.
